رأيي بمنتهي الامانة في فرع التجمع الاول شريف بني ادم هايل و بيحب شغله جددااا و بيساعدك من قلبه مش بيبيع و خلاص حببني في المكان جداا و طلعت بصديق من هناك كمان 😅🤣 بس بصراحة الmarketing و ال word of mouth ضعيف جددا و ميقولش ابدا ان عندكوا ناس شغالة بكفائة شريف دا خالص محتاجين شغل اكتر انا معرفش الناس تعرفكوا ولا لاء بس انا مكنتش متخيل ان دي هتبقي المعاملة انا بس حابب اشكر البني ادم دا من قلبي جدا GO ON !!💪 كل الinstruments محترمة جدا و they handle with care ❤️ ال carrying bag حاسسها مش هتستحمل كتير بس ادينا هنجرب

Dealing with this place has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences ever. I ordered a guitar and an amp online and fully paid with my credit card. They gave me no expected delivery date or time? I’ve tried contacting them by phone, WhatsApp, and email to ask them when should I expect my items, but no one is answering the phone, and the one time someone answered the phone he was pretty rude and aggressive and told me he’ll inquire then respond to me on WhatsApp, of course he didn’t. No response on WhatsApp, and no reply to my emails. My only option now is to go to their shop and have this thing resolved, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. Terrible experience, truely regret it.
