I placed an order worth over 800 EGP. Upon delivery, I was instructed not to open the package, so I followed those instructions. However, after the courier left, I opened it and found that the entire order was incorrect, despite having ordered multiple items. I immediately contacted customer support and was asked to provide proof, which I did (including photos of the received items, the correct order, and the receipt). I was then informed that the order would be returned and replaced within 48 hours. Unfortunately, it has now been nearly a month, and despite following up approximately four times, I have only received repeated apologies and assurances that the issue is being handled. No replacement has been sent, and no proper resolution has been provided. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

ازاي الاقي اعلان لبراند مصري طالعلي على الفيس بوك واحده لابسه ملابس داخليه شفافه لونها اخضر مبينه ما تحتها بالمنظر ده؟؟؟؟؟ ازاي أصلا ادارة التسويق سمحت بالمهزله دي هو مفيش حد راجع قبل ما الاعلان يتعرض على الجمهور؟! مفيش حد فكر ان ممكن نعرض المنتج بخمسين شكل تاني بدل الشكل الفج ده!!!! انا استحي احط الصورة في الريفيو لانها غير مقبولة تماما

انتوا عاملين خدمة توصيل سريع وانا اختارت ادفع زيادة عشان الحاجة توصل تانى يوم عملت اوردر الخميس الصبح والنهاردة السبت الساعه ١١ بليل مافيش حاجة وصلت يعنى ده اسمة غش ونصب اسوء تجربة ومستحيل هكررها تانى واكيد مانصحش حد يتعامل معاكم
