I honestly don’t usually write reviews, but this has been one of the worst and most unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had with any business. About five months ago, I took my high-end HP laptop to this shop for what should have been a simple motherboard replacement. The staff seemed confident, which is the only reason I trusted them in the first place. They gave me the technician’s personal number to follow up. After about a week, he told me he found a motherboard for 12,000 EGP and asked me to transfer the money directly to his account. Trusting the shop and their employee, I did exactly that. A week later, he came back asking for another 3,000 EGP, claiming the first motherboard wasn’t compatible and that he found a better one. Again, I paid — at this point I had transferred a total of 15,000 EGP. Immediately after receiving the full amount, the technician disappeared.
