AMK Cosmetics مخمرية فريدة ...اسواء مكان ومنتج ردئ ودعاية على الفاضى تحذير⛔⛔🚫❌❌❌📣 بنات فى بيدج اسمها AMK طلبت منها مخمرية حجمها ٥٠ مللى بسعر ٢١٥ وشحن ٥٥ شفت الفيدوهات قلت تمام اجرب وربنا يستر ويارتنى مجربت المخمرية واصلالى مفتوحة نصها متهدر والثبات مفيش فى حين قالتلى ثبات ٢٤ ساعة ولما بعتلها قلتلها طبيعيى يوصلنى حاجة بالشكل ده قالتلى صوريلى تاريخ الانتاج لاقيته السنة الى فاتت وفاضلها ٥ شهور وتنتهى ولما طالبتها برد الفلوس واتحمل الشحن قالتلى معلش نعوضك الاوردر الجاى قلتلها اوردر جاى ازاى واول اوردر واصل بمشكلة وبطالب تحلوها ولاردو عليا وقعدت تبعتلى فى سكرين شوت ريفيوز عملاء وتجاهلونى تماما .....والتشات بينا كله متصور

ياريت الإدارة يرحموا البنات اللي واقفين في المحل و يرحمونا، مش طبيعي كل خطوة الاقي ٥، ٦ بنات ماشيين ورايا تجربة تخنق الحقيقة و مش فاهمة لازمتها ايه يعاملوا الزباين انهم حرامية و في كذا كاميرة مراقبة في المكان أصلاً

The shopping experience is horrible and needs serious improvement. Every time I visit, I feel constantly watched, followed around, asked too many times if I need help, and not given the space to browse in peace. I understand the concern about shoplifting, but this approach is too much. There are cameras already, and there are better ways to protect your products without making customers feel uncomfortable. Even a code system would be more respectful. I’m sure the staff are just following instructions, but whoever is setting the policy needs to realize that treating every visitor like a potential thief will only push people away!! I love your store, but this needs to change.

I had a terrible experience I politely asked one of the staff in English if they had “edge control” products. Instead of helping me she replied in Arabic mocked my question and laughed with her colleagues about it. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.Another staff member eventually showed me the section but the first one continued making comments. Even at the checkout the cashier spoke to my sister in a disrespectful way when asking her name thhis kind of treatment is unacceptable in any store. Customers should be treated with respect not mocked or humiliated I will not return and I do not recommend this store.

Edit: they put a price checker in the store, makes shopping way easier now! Thank you They've got a great variety of products, but I hate how the staff follows you around while you're shopping and keeps asking if you're looking for something. If they're afraid their customers will steal stuff, they need to put up cameras or anti-theft sensors instead of hiring 5 staff members to follow you around. Would be nice if they put prices on their products, too.
