I've been dealing with Siwa Fragrances for nearly five years, and I believe it's only fair to share positive experiences just as people share negative ones. Throughout all these years, I've never had a single issue with them. They've always been professional, respectful, and consistent in both their service and the quality of their products. I've recommended their perfumes to family and friends over the years, and everyone I've recommended them to has been genuinely impressed. Many of them have become loyal customers because of the quality they've experienced. I often see people sharing negative experiences online, and that's completely fair. But I also think it's just as important to acknowledge businesses when they've consistently done things right. This isn't an advertisement or an attempt to sell anything. تجربتي مع Siwa Fragrances – مهم قبل ما تطلبوا أونلاين أنا تحديدًا طلبت Hibiscus Mahajád لأنها عطر صعب جدًا ألاقيه في مصر، وحتى الحصول عليه من خارج مصر مش سهل ومش متوفر بسهولة. فلما لقيت إن Siwa Fragrances بيعملوا الـdupe بتاعها، وشوفت الـreviews الكتير اللي بتقول إن المنتجات مطابقة للأصل بنسبة 90%، اتشجعت جدًا وقررت أجرب، خصوصًا إن العطر الأصلي صعب بالنسبة لي أوفره. لكن للأسف، تجربتي كانت مختلفة تمامًا. أول ما استلمت الأوردر، اكتشفت إن الـatomizer بايظ ومش شغال بشكل سليم، وبلغتهم فورًا وطلبت الاستبدال. ردهم كان إن لازم أروح الفرع علشان يعملوا check على العبوة، ولو ثبت إن فيها مشكلة يتم استبدالها. المشكلة إن أنا طالبة أونلاين والفرع بعيد عني، ومش عندي إمكانية أروح له. وبعد ما ماوصلناش لحل مناسب، قلت لهم خلاص أنا عايزة أسترجع فلوسي، خصوصًا إن بعد تجربة العطر أصلًا أنا مش راضية عن المنتج ومش عايزة أستبدله بعبوة تانية. الـHibiscus Mahajád اللي استلمتها بالنسبة لي مش قريبة حتى بنسبة 50% من الريحة الأصلية، وده عكس تمامًا الانطباع اللي أخدته من الـreviews ووصف إن المنتج مطابق للأصل بنس
