Honestly, I had a very disappointing experience with Sabeya. I ordered a set and it arrived stained. I tried reaching out multiple times on Instagram — they saw my messages but didn’t respond. I also sent an email, and still got no reply. I originally just wanted to exchange the size, which is clearly allowed within 3 days according to their policy, but I couldn’t get in touch with them at all. Very frustrating experience, and definitely not what I expected. بصراحة حابة أشارك تجربة سيئة جدًا مع براند “صبيا”. طلبت منهم set، ولما وصلت لقيتها مبقعة! حاولت أتواصل معاهم كذا مرة على الإنستجرام، بيشوفوا الرسائل ومبيردوش، وبعت على الإيميل برضه مفيش أي رد. أنا أصلًا كنت عايزة أغير المقاس، وده حقّي حسب الpolicy بتاعتهم خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام، لكن للأسف مفيش أي وسيلة تواصل فعّالة. التجربة دي كانت محبطة جدًا، ومكنتش متوقعة ده خالص.
