Delivery is under standard Made my first order ( it was 2 items) .. upon their time slot .. when half way from time slot to deliver they delayed it one hour :( And they sent me message that one of the products i asked for is unavailable .. and i didnt order that product !! Very under qualified and un organized and lacking focus Wont deliver through them .. first and last time I decided to give them a second chance after months they might change Unfortunately the delivery was from 9to 11 and till 1 pm they didnt deliver and delivery person cancelled it as i had to leave at 1:20 pm ... customer service apologised and asked me to allow a second chance So i made my order and it had 6 wrong orders It is terrible delivery 😤no hope

Very bad experience. I was overcharged by about 200 EGP. I ordered 1 kg of strawberries for 59.95 EGP, but they delivered only 345 grams and charged 84.95 EGP for 1 kg! I also ordered 250 grams of Rumi cheese for 77.74 EGP, but they delivered 265 grams and charged 124.5 EGP. And they added items that I didn’t even order and charged me for it! Overall, this was a dishonest, REPEATED experience. Last time i gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it is a mistake, but obviously it’s a voluntary pattern! I do not recommend this place at all.
